Daniel and his team did a great job. They are competent, courteous and did a great produced results with my rug. It was a larger/heavier Turkish Wool rug that had not been cleaned in 10 years. It was returned to me looking and smelling much better. I recommend Heirloom Rug Cleaning in NC.
