They were honest and prompt. He is not only a cleaner but soon to be appraiser. You can trust that he knows how important and valuable your rug is to you. Not just for the emotional connection but its intrinsic value too. The two weeks seemed like a long time to wait at first but time flies, and trust me, its worth the wait. Price was fair too, especially after seeing and feeling the results. Not only did the color just pop, the fibers soften greatly too. I bought this rug used and it had pet smells. If I could post photos, I would. Boy, what a difference. Incredible job gentlemen. I will call you back in two years without hesitation.
